Full Integration and Participation is the main Focus of:

Foundation Global Inclusion

Global Inclusion is a volunteer organization, which supports people in vulnerable situations in society by offering activities such as Language Coaching 1 on 1, Financial Education & Training and Empowerment Training. This enables them to be (financially) self-reliant and resilient in order to fully integrate and participate in Dutch society.

FGI works with volunteers and professionals, some of whom have over 25 years of experience in the full integration and participation in society of minority groups.

Impact Values

  1. Compassion: we are driven by peacefulness
  2. Going through: we are doers and are focused on results
  3. Connecting: we connect migrants to each other, we connect partners to our goals, we see connection as a way of working
  4. Trust: we work from trust with our partners, participants and our volunteers. That means we give room for ideas and give people responsibility who want to participate in our programs
  5. Reciprocity: we ask people we support to do the same for others

The founder of this Foundation, Rachella Vorm, has been committed to minority groups for 25 years with passion and knowledge. She is a global networker, a connector and inspiration. She uses her expertise to promote full inclusion and participation nationally and internationally.

In 2018, she received the Golden Rule International Award, a Goodwill Ambassador for the Golden Rule and her Honorary Degree of Doctorate in Humanities at the United Graduate College and Seminary International, Washington DC, America, iChange Nations™ by Dr. Clyde Rivers, Founder and President. The certificates were presented to her by Dr. Sewdatt Itrajh, the representative for Europe and Suriname.
